먹태채 (Dried Black Alaska Pollack)

강원도 대관령에서 건조한 먹태입니다.

수분감이 있어 먹태채를 은근한 불에 살짝 구워 술안주로 드시길 추천합니다.

Meoktae is produced from the procedure of Hwangtae but when it is not fully frozen in the winter season it causes dark skin of pollack and hence the name ‘Meok' means ‘black'.

It has more moisture and softer texture than Hwangtae.

So it is preferred as a snack for the beer.
