황태밥식혜 (Fermented Rice and Pollack)

밥식혜는 밥과 해물을 함께 삭혀서 먹는 강원도 음식으로 주로 추운 겨울에 즐겨 먹습니다.
Bap(rice) Sikhye is a Gangwon-do dish made by fermenting rice and seafood together and is mainly eaten in the cold winter. 
마루방에서는 조밥과 고슬밥을 황태와 같이 삭혔습니다. 
In Marubang, we fermented rice and rice together with dried pollack.  
밥맛이 없을때 크게 몇술 떠 드시면 집나간 식욕이 돌아옵니다.
We recommend eating a big spoonful when you don't have an appetite.
