Medium size of Myeongnan is the most valuable item among the pollack roes. We only use ‘Jungnan'(medium size) to give the best flavor and texture with its own umami taste. We marinate it with chili pepper sauce or mild to introduce for kid's side dish.

Myeongnan is Alaska Pollack roe which is salted and marinated. It is melting in the mouth with salted umami flavour and preferred with steamed rice. It is also very popular in Japan.
